1. Services

JANORÀ™ offers:

• Cosmetic skincare treatments

• Reiki energy healing sessions

• Holistic coaching services

• Workshops and digital offerings

• Skincare products

• Training and teaching in the field of cosmetics, coaching and energy healing 

All services are non-medical and intended for cosmetic, wellness and personal development purposes only.

JANORÀ™ does not provide medical, therapeutic or psychological treatment.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to clients 18 years and older.

Minors require written guardian consent and physical presence during appointments.

You confirm all submitted information is accurate and complete.

3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings constitute a legally binding agreement.

• Prices are listed in CHF

• Payment is due at booking unless stated otherwise

• Prices and availability may change at any time

JANORÀ™ reserves the right to refuse bookings for safety, compliance or operational reasons.

4. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment.

• Late cancellations are charged at 50%

• No shows are charged at 100% 

• Appointments booked within 48 hours fall automatically under this policy

• Promotional bookings and packages are non-refundable

• One courtesy reschedule per appointment. Multiple changes may be subject to a cancellation fee regardless of timeframe. Where a courtesy reschedule is offered (past the 48 hour cancellation window) and the rescheduled appointment is then cancelled within the 48 hour window, the appointment is charged

• Where deposits are charged, these are non refundable in the event of cancellation by the participant

• For training courses, paid masterclasses, webinars, workshops and coaching sessions - fees are non refundable

• Digital downloads are non refundable

5. Arrival Policy

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened sessions, cancellation without refund or 100% of  the session cost charged..

6. Promotions & Payment Plans

Discounted offers, promotional services and payment plans (including Black Friday offers):

• Are non-refundable

• Are non-transferable

• Must be redeemed within stated validity

All payment plan commitments remain legally binding.

7. Retail products — Shipping & Returns

Orders fulfilled by trusted partners and third parties are the responsibility of the respective trusted partner and third party. The shipping conditions and terms of their business apply in full. For orders placed directly with JANORÀ, returns are possible within 14 days if the product is:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Opened products cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.

JANORÀ no longer provides shipping services of physical products unless in exceptional circumstances and shipping costs apply. 

Clients receive 10% discount on products bought directly from JANORÀ. Products bought via our trusted partner are not included.

8. Product Use Disclaimer

All skincare products are cosmetic products.

Results are not guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for:

• Patch testing

• Correct usage

• Consulting medical professionals if pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical treatment

9. Reiki & Coaching Consent Disclaimer

By booking Reiki or coaching services with JANORÀ™, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Reiki is a complementary energy practice

• Coaching is a personal development service

• Neither replaces medical, psychological or therapeutic care

You confirm that you:

• Participate voluntarily

• Take full responsibility for your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing

• Understand that no results or outcomes are guaranteed

JANORÀ™ does not diagnose, treat or cure medical or psychological conditions.

10. Training Courses 

​

Scope of Training
JANORÀ Holistic Arts Academy offers professional courses in Reiki, holistic facials, techniques and treatments such as cosmetic non medical dermaplaning, cosmetic non medical microneedling, and energy-focused practices. All training is holistic in nature, designed to provide practical skills, professional confidence, and a deeper understanding of mind, body, and skin techniques.

 

Non-Regulated Activities
These courses are offered in non-regulated areas. Any regulated activities or training in advanced technologies must be undertaken through the relevant authorized bodies. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding professional practice, certifications, and scope of work.

 

Language of Instruction
All courses are conducted in English. Participants are expected to have sufficient proficiency to fully engage with course materials, live sessions, and assessments.

 

Certification
Certifications issued by JANORÀ Holistic Arts Academy reflect completion of training and demonstration of skills but are not accredited by any official regulatory or government body. Certifications are intended for professional development and personal growth within cosmetic, non-medical, and holistic practice areas.

 

Assignments and Practical Assessments
Depending on the course, participants may be required to submit assignments or complete practical assessments to demonstrate competency. Instructions and deadlines for submission will be communicated prior to or during the course.

 

In-Person Training Requirements: Participants attending in-person courses are expected to:

• Arrive punctually and prepared for practical sessions.

• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and equipment protocols.

• Bring any materials specified in course pre-communications.

• Complete any assignments or practical assessments as instructed.

• Respect the boutique, professional environment of the Academy.

Online Training Requirements: Participants attending online courses are expected to:

• Have a stable internet connection

• Ensure a quiet, safe, and comfortable learning space.

• Complete any pre-course materials, assignments, or practical assessments as instructed.

• Participate respectfully and professionally in live sessions and discussions.

 

Non-Refundable Policy
All course fees are non-refundable, including deposits, early-bird fees, or payments made to reserve a place. JANORÀ Holistic Academy encourages careful consideration prior to enrolment.

 

Course Materials

Depending on the course, starter kits, workbooks, and supporting educational documents will be provided. In some cases, an additional fee will be applicable. Details of any extra costs will be communicated in advance.

Liability and Responsibility
Participants are expected to practice techniques responsibly, with adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. JANORÀ Holistic Academy assumes no responsibility for the professional application of skills beyond the Academy’s training environment.

11. Digital Products

 

(i) Digital Products & Delivery

 

All products are provided in digital format (including but not limited to PDFs, guides, videos, audio files, workshops, meditations, routines, or other downloadable or streamed content).​ Delivery is made electronically via download or access link immediately after purchase, unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are compatible with the digital product.​

(ii) No Right of Withdrawal / No Refunds

In accordance with EU and Swiss consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once access or download has been provided.

​

(iii) By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree to:

• Immediate access to the content (save in cases outside of the control of the seller), and

• The loss of your right of withdrawal.

All sales of digital products are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once access has been granted.​

 

(iv) Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, materials, images, text, graphics, videos, audio, and other media included in the digital products are the exclusive intellectual property of Laura Curatolo / JANORÀ unless otherwise stated. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence only.​

You may not:

 

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, or modify the content

• Upload or make the content available to third parties

• Use the content for commercial purposes

• Use the content to train AI or create derivative works

• Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.

(v) Personal Use Only

All digital products are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Sharing login details, files, downloads, screenshots, or recordings with others is strictly prohibited.

(vi) Educational & Informational Purpose Only

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

 

• The digital products do not constitute:

• Medical advice

• Dermatological advice

• Therapeutic or psychological advice

• Legal or financial advice​​

(vii) Skincare, Holistic & Energy Practices Disclaimer

Participation in skincare routines, holistic practices, energy work, EFT, rituals, or exercises is entirely voluntary.

You acknowledge that:

• Individual results may vary

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and actions

• You should consult a qualified professional if you have medical, skin, mental health, or other concerns

• We are not responsible for adverse reactions, outcomes, or results.

(viii) No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, healing, transformations, or benefits.

Any testimonials or examples shared are not a promise of results.

(ix) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laura Curatolo / JANORÀ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the digital products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant digital product.

(x) Age Requirement

Digital products are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated.

(xi) Modifications to Content

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue digital products or content at any time without notice.

Purchase does not guarantee lifetime access or future updates unless explicitly stated.

(xii) Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms (including Beacons, payment providers, or hosting services).

12. Health Disclosure & Consent

Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications and sensitivities prior to treatments and assumes the full responsibility to inform of any changes since the last appointment.

Failure to disclose may affect treatment safety and results.

JANORÀ™ reserves the right to refuse services if contraindications exist and if the required forms are not completed prior to the appointment.

13. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law:

JANORÀ™ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

Participation in treatments and services is at the client’s own risk.

 

14. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, forms and images remain the intellectual property of JANORÀ™.

Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
