Service Description
Your first visit is designed to answer one question: what does your skin actually need? This 90-minute session opens with a complimentary 30-minute in-depth skin consultation — no guessing, no fixed protocol — followed by a personalised treatment combining deep cleanse, gentle exfoliation and hydration to bring your skin back into balance. Rooted in Korean skincare philosophy and corneotherapy, every new client treatment is built around protecting and restoring your skin's barrier, the foundation everything else depends on. You'll leave not just treated, but with a clear picture of your skin and a plan for what comes next.
Cancellation Policy
If you are feeling unwell, please let me know as far in advance as possible and we can reschedule your appointment. Cancellations / reschedules can be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the appointment time. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a charge of 50% of the treatment price. No shows are subject to a charge of 100% of the treatment price.
