Service Description
The Breath & Balance Ritual is a facial ritual designed to support skin and nervous-system regulation through breath-led pacing and attentive touch. Guided breathwork is combined with fascia-focused techniques, sculpting massage, and lymphatic drainage in a slow, intentional flow. As the breath deepens, the body settles and the face softens, supporting release, circulation, and clarity while leaving the skin refreshed and the nervous system grounded.
Cancellation Policy
If you are feeling unwell, please let me know as far in advance as possible and we can reschedule your appointment. Cancellations / reschedules can be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the appointment time. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a charge of 50% of the treatment price. No shows are subject to a charge of 100% of the treatment price.
