JANORÀ Skin Academy bridges the gap between technique, real-world practice and alignment to your business and vision. Most trainings teach you what to do — but not how to think, decide, or operate as a practitioner - leaving you uncertain in front of real clients. Very few teach how to read the energy of the skin, the reactions of the skin during stress, during anxiety, during inner imbalance. 

 

JANORÀ is designed to change that.

JANORÀ Skin Academy is led by a practitioner with a foundation in law and compliance, combined with advanced study in skin, Korean skincare methodologies, Reiki, somatic and energetic practices.

LEVEL 1 - SKIN FOUNDATIONS

A complete introduction to professional skin practice, designed to give you the confidence, structure, and foundational knowledge to begin working with clients safely and professionally.

LEVEL 2 - SKIN INTELLIGENCE & TREATMENT DESIGN

 
 

 

 

Half Day Training (10:00 – 14.00)

 

A focused advanced training designed to deepen your understanding of skin behaviour, treatment planning, and how to create intentional facial experiences that attract the clients you truly want to work with.

​

This training helps you move beyond simply “performing facials” and begin thinking like a professional skin practitioner.

​

Who this is for:

  • Beauty therapists wanting to strengthen their treatment knowledge and confidence

  • Therapists wanting to better understand skin behaviour and treatment planning

  • Those ready to create more intentional, results-driven facial experiences

  • Therapists wanting to attract higher-value, long-term clients

  • Practitioners wanting to build signature facial treatments with more confidence

Recommended Prior Knowledge:

This training is best suited for those who have:

  • Completed JANORÀ Level 1 Skin Foundations; or

  • Already have basic foundational facial and skin knowledge.

A two-day boutique practitioner training designed to build safe, ethical and professionally structured cosmetic microneedling practice.

​

This training combines technical foundations with supervised live model experience, giving you the confidence, structure and practical foundation to begin offering cosmetic microneedling treatments professionally.

​

Designed for small-group learning, JANORÀ trainings focus on close supervision, practitioner confidence and a calm, safety-led approach to aesthetic skin work.

​

Who this is for:

  • Beauty professionals wanting to expand into cosmetic microneedling

  • Facialists wanting stronger technical foundations

  • Practitioners seeking a safer and more ethical approach to aesthetic treatments

  • No previous microneedling experience needed

  • Device handling & needle depth principles

  • Selecting professional ampoules based on skin condition and client goals

  • Hygiene, consent & Swiss safety standards

  • Treatment protocols & consultation structure

  • Recognising skin reactions & appropriate response management

  • Supervised technical practice

  • Protocol review & safety assessment

As JANORÀ trainings are intentionally limited to small participant numbers, deposits are non-refundable.
