Join us for an evening designed to help you step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself.

Elevate Within is a nurturing wellbeing experience combining gentle pilates flow, guided relaxation, and restorative Reiki in a beautiful, calming setting. This founding session has been created for women who are craving space to slow down, release stress, and restore their energy.

Together, we will move through a gentle Pilates-inspired flow to awaken the body, followed by a guided meditation to quiet the mind and bring you back into the present moment. You'll then be invited to receive restorative Reiki, allowing you to deeply relax, recharge, and reconnect with your inner calm.

After the session, stay for herbal tea and the opportunity to connect with like-minded women in a welcoming and supportive environment.
