Service Description
A personalised 1:1 session designed to bring clarity to your skin. What’s included: – In-depth discussion of your skin concerns and history – Analysis of lifestyle, stress, and internal influences – Review of your current routine and products – Personalised skincare and treatment recommendations – A tailored plan to support your skin long-term – Clear next steps to move forward with confidence This session is ideal if you are feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or seeking a more holistic and intentional approach to your skin. Skin Clarity Consultations are available with or without a treatment. When booked alongside a treatment, the 45 min consultation remains a separate, non-redeemable service. All new client treatment appointments and treatment plan bookings include a personalised 15-minute consultation, where your pre-completed consultation form is reviewed and your treatment approach is tailored. Clients seeking a more in-depth consultation, or not proceeding with a treatment booking, are invited to book a Skin Clarity Consultation, which is charged separately.
Cancellation Policy
If you are feeling unwell, please let me know as far in advance as possible and we can reschedule your appointment. Cancellations / reschedules can be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice before the appointment time. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a charge of 50% of the treatment price. No shows are subject to a charge of 100% of the treatment price.
